Climate Insulating Products specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial window film installations. With over 29 years of experience and thousands of installations we are well established and reliable.  Our 3-decade experience provides us with the knowledge, experience and the correct tools to predict your financial benefits. Our proven installation methods and years of experience insure your will receive the correct product for your situation and the correct installation. With offices located in Santa Rosa, Sacramento and San Diego California we can provide installation and support throughout California.

History
Established in the Northern Bay Area by Louis P. Miller and expanded to Northern California and Southern California. Climate Insulating Products has been your preferred window film installer since 1979. Our corporate headquarters is located in Santa Rosa and we have two satellite offices in San Diego and Sacramento. Energy Control Center has been covering the major Southern California area since 1963.

Contractor License & Insurance
We have the qualifications and insurance to handle projects of any size or scope. We carry a D52 Window Covering contractor’s license #945054. In addition we carry all liability insurance, bonds and proper operating permits. All of Climate Insulating Products employees are covered by workmen compensation.

Qualifications
Climate Insulating Products is Diamond Certified, a member of the Better Business Bureau and a Value Star member. We our also a member of the International Window Film Association and a member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.

Utility Company Rebates
Applying window film or window tint to your business or commercial building can qualify you for rebate on installation from your local utility company. The window film applied must meet certain qualifications, and the rebate can only be given on windows facing East, West and South. In most all commercial cases a rebate can be attained of $1.35 or less per square foot, depending on what type of glass is installed in your building.

Energy Audits
Climate Insulating Products offers free building envelope energy audits to help examine your financial payback. This also allows us to help determine which specific film needs to be applied for your current situation and building to maximize your savings.
