ClimatePro came and quoted for sliding security doors with Crimsafe, and then we had to wait a number of weeks for them to be ready, and they came to install. They were diligent, and unfortunately 2 of the 3 doors didn’t fit exactly. Instead of botching it up with spacers, they did the right thing and re-ordered the correct sizes. They fit great the next time, and the installers were very friendly and professional. I got a discount on tinting due to the stuffup, and now have nicely shielded thermal film on the doors to keep the heat down.
