Now, you are probably wondering: do I have to clean my windows prior to my window tint installation? The simple answer is, no you do not. Our installation team will give your windows a thorough cleaning before the installation.
Are there some things you can do, besides cleaning windows, to prepare for your installation? Yes, there is. Here are a few:
- Move furniture from windows: This will allow our installation team to reach your windows without obstruction. If you have items that are too heavy to move by yourself, let us know beforehand and we can plan to assist when we arrive.
- Close vents: By closing your vents, you will help to create a cleaner installation by minimizing airborne contamination.
- Clean and vacuum floors: Clean floors help to minimize dust and other particles, which can impact installation. This should be done the day of the installation, prior to our arrival.
- Move your pets: We love pets, but we don’t want them underfoot when we are installing your window film.
